Insight using exceptions

We have set an exception for all client scans for the "{user_profile}\sandbox" folder as this folder is used for our virtual applications.
Unfortunately this is ignored by Download Insight and that is a cause for user annoyance.
We would like to be able to also exclude this (and maybe other folders) from Insight scans as well.
